About this policy
This policy covers the Forged In Nen prelaunch website, email signup, and messages you send us. We handle privacy questions at [email protected].
We are not taking orders or collecting checkout payment details. We’ll update this policy as the website and our services change.
01 / INFORMATION WE RECEIVE
What you share
- Email signup: your email address, signup source, consent version and request time, confirmation status, and unsubscribe preferences.
- Contact messages: your name, email address, selected topic, message, and any information you choose to include in later correspondence.
- Website and security information: our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals, requested pages, and security-check results.
- Email activity: our email provider processes delivery, bounce, and unsubscribe records. Depending on the email and provider settings, it may also record opens and link clicks.
Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal details in a message.
02 / HOW WE USE IT
Updates, replies, and a working website
We use this information to send the updates you request, respond to questions, manage subscription choices, operate the website, prevent abuse, and maintain records needed to handle requests or meet applicable obligations.
Marketing signup uses a confirmation email: you join the launch list after confirming your address. Sending a contact message does not add you to that list. We do not sell your contact details or use this site to serve targeted advertising.
03 / INFORMATION SHARING
How information is shared
We use service providers for website hosting and security, email updates, and customer correspondence. These providers process information to help us operate the site and respond to you.
Service providers & privacy policies
- Cloudflare hosts and secures the site. Its Turnstile service checks forms for automated abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Brevo processes email subscriptions, confirmation and update emails, and delivery of website contact messages. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Workspace handles our business email inbox and correspondence. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
These services may process information outside your state or country. We may also disclose information when required by law or where necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.
04 / COOKIES & STORAGE
Keeping the site usable
The current website does not include advertising pixels or a separate audience-analytics tool. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar browser signals to operate and protect the site. Email activity measurement is separate from website browsing.
You can manage cookies and storage through your browser. Blocking security services may prevent forms from working; you can still contact us by email.
05 / RETENTION & SECURITY
Keeping information for its purpose
We retain subscription information while needed to provide requested updates and manage your choices. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, resolve follow-up questions, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs.
After an unsubscribe or deletion request, limited records may remain to respect your opt-out, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Service-provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. We use access controls and encrypted website connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
06 / YOUR CHOICES
You stay in control.
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop updates. You can also email [email protected] to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your signup consent.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to access, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to certain uses of your information, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may ask for enough information to verify a request before acting on it.
Our signup and contact services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
07 / QUESTIONS & CHANGES
