Orders and preorders are not open yet. Final delivery options, charges and dispatch timing will be confirmed here before ordering becomes available.
Where we plan to ship
We plan to launch with Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are outside the planned initial shipping area.
Local delivery and customer pickup are not planned for the first drop. We’ll confirm address eligibility for the available carrier services before sales open.
Rates and delivery timing
Final shipping charges and any free-shipping offer will be published before orders open. When checkout becomes available, you’ll see the services and charges for your order and address before paying.
Handling time covers order review, packing and carrier handoff. Transit time begins when the carrier accepts the parcel. We’ll show both before orders open.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Address changes and shipping questions
When ordering opens, contact support@forgedinnen.com promptly if you need an address correction or cancellation. Include your order number and checkout email. We’ll verify your request and confirm the available options before making a change.
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation. Editing your saved account address does not change an order already placed. For a delayed, missing or damaged parcel, contact support with your order number and tracking details.
