Collection 001 and ordering

Collection 001 is coming soon; we are not accepting orders or preorders yet. Images show digital garment renders. Prices and available size ranges are shown on the product pages. Final garment details, delivery options and dispatch timing will be confirmed before orders open. Browsing, signing in, joining the update list or saving a tee does not reserve stock or create an order.

Orders, prices and payment

When shopping opens, Shopify-hosted checkout will show the items, available delivery services, shipping charges, applicable taxes and order total before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment methods depend on the options offered at checkout and your eligibility.

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Shopify and the payment provider process the payment; our website does not receive your full card number. An order confirmation acknowledges your order and is not a shipping confirmation.

Availability and corrections

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for unfulfilled items and related charges, as applicable. If an order contains a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a different garment or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery, changes and cancellations

Our planned first shipping area is the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. See our shipping information for destinations, charges, handling and transit information. Available services and the charges for your address will be shown before payment.

A shipping label or order confirmation does not mean the carrier has received a parcel. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date, and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Email support@forgedinnen.com promptly with your order number and checkout email if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We will verify your request and confirm what is possible before making a change. After carrier handoff, we cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation; the returns policy applies after delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our first-drop apparel return-request window is 14 calendar days after delivery. The returns and exchanges policy explains eligibility, authorization, postage and refunds. Contact support before sending a return or paying return postage for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. The change-of-mind deadline does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your account

Use the same account on each device to sync your wishlist. You choose whether to add existing browser saves to that account.

Shopify verifies your sign-in, and you can view your account details and any order history within Forged In Nen. Use an email account you control and provide accurate information. You can edit your name and default delivery address; changing the default address does not change an order already placed.

Account access does not subscribe you to marketing. Keep verification codes private, and sign out when finished on a shared device. For account correction or deletion requests, contact support@forgedinnen.com. Our privacy policy explains account information and storage.

Updates and messages

Submit information you are authorized to share. Email signup requires confirmation, and you can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Respect the website and its content

Do not use the website to send spam, introduce malicious code, impersonate someone, or interfere with the website, its security, or other visitors.

If you find a security concern, please use our security reporting page rather than testing against other visitors.

Website access does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use artwork, logos, or other protected material. Rights in third-party characters and other material remain with their respective owners. See our intellectual property page for questions about content or rights.

Availability and external links

We aim to keep information accurate and the website usable, but errors, interruptions, and changes can occur. Contact us if you find a problem. Links to external websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the website develops and will update the date above. Changes will not remove rights applicable to an order already placed. Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
